A glass table with a copper frame forms a vessel, which is filled with water. A drop of water falls in the centre of the vessel and spreads its ring. The wave casts its shadow on the floor. When the wave reaches the parabolic copper shape, it bounces back and forms four straight waves, which, when they meet, for a short moment create a cross.
